What is your refund policy?
Once any equipment and or product is purchased and used there is a strict no return policy. We will service, replace malfunctioning parts and send missing items but in no way shape or form provide a refund once equipment has been purchased and used.

How will I know how much material I need for my sealcoating gig?
As for quantity, you must measure the area where you plan to apply sealant. Simply multiply the length by the width for the square footage.
If you have multiple areas, measure each one individually and add them together. Enter this number, as well as how you plan to apply the sealer, into our sealcoating calculator, and you’ll know exactly how much you’ll need.
Remember, it’s better to have too much than have to stop and order more before you're finished.
Keep in mind If you have neglected asphalt sealing for many years, you will need to apply it in two thin coats, allowing time to dry in between, so you’ll need to double up on your order.

How do I price my services?
If you buy any of our Start A Business packages, we include quotation and invoicing templates that you can use. In our Build Your Own Business Blueprint series, you’ll learn more about how you should price your services.
You can also submit photos of your job, along with the total square footage and including the total number of linear feet of cracks to be filled. In return one of our sealcoating experts will provide you with recommendations on the proper equipment and the right amount of product to do your job successfully.
How much will I need to spend to get started?
Some of our members started with $200 to $2,000 and built their investments up from there. But our most comprehensive (and thus most popular) packages are between $5,000 to $10,000.
What if I can’t afford to start?
Many of our customers started using their own small extra savings. Our founder used funds from his birthday gifts while other members started with $2000 and some even as small as $500 to $200, and invested in more equipment as their business grew.
