NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR. The Asphalt Kingdom R2 Infrared Heater Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Asphalt Kingdom, a division of Loyalty International Limited, 575 S. Wickham Rd., Ste. F, Unit 222, Melbourne, FL 32904 (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (including Pavement Depot and RynoWorx Industries), and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

3. ENTRY PERIOD. The Promotion begins September 2, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, visit info.asphaltkingdom.com/win/r2-26 and complete the entry form. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script or bot will be disqualified. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is NOT required to enter or win.

5. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive one (1) RynoWorx R2 Modular Mini Infrared Asphalt Heater, approximate retail value Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine and 00/100 US Dollars ($2,799.00 USD), based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price as of the date these Official Rules were published. The prize consists of the machine only. Propane tanks, fuel, and accessories are not included. Units are supplied in blue or orange depending on stock availability and no specific colour is guaranteed. Sponsor will arrange and pay for delivery of the prize to the winner's address within the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), including any liftgate or residential delivery charge and, for a Canadian winner, all duties, brokerage, and taxes on importation. Prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered to the winner's location. Winner is responsible for any income taxes on the prize where applicable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is scheduled to be announced on or about October 5, 2026.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The potential winner will be notified by email and phone on the day of the drawing and must respond and accept the prize within three (3) days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may select up to two (2) alternate winners in the order drawn. No winner will be publicly announced before Sponsor has confirmed the potential winner's eligibility, received their acceptance, and, in the case of a Canadian resident, administered the skill testing question in Section 8.

8. CANADIAN WINNERS: SKILL TESTING QUESTION. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, before being declared a winner, they must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor.

9. DOCUMENTATION AND TAXES. Before the prize is shipped, the winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release. For US winners, Sponsor is required to report the prize value to the IRS and will issue a Form 1099-MISC, as the value is $600 USD or more; winner will be required to provide a completed Form W-9. Canadian winners are generally not subject to Canadian income tax on prizes, but winners are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

10. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and province or state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

11. PRIVACY. Information submitted with an entry is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.asphaltkingdom.com/our-policies.html. Entrants who separately opt in to SMS will receive messages per the SMS Terms at https://info.asphaltkingdom.com/sms-terms. SMS opt-in status and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. For Canadian entrants, nothing in these rules limits rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

14. WINNER LIST. To request the winner's name, send an email to orders@asphaltkingdom.com with the subject "R2 Infrared Heater Giveaway Winner" within sixty (60) days of the draw date.
