Asphalt Kingdom RY10 Pro Giveaway: Official Rules

1. SPONSOR. The RY10 Pro Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Asphalt Kingdom, a division of Loyalty International Limited, 575 S. Wickham Rd., Ste. F, Unit 222, Melbourne, FL 32904 (the "Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (including Pavement Depot and RynoWorx Industries), and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
3. ENTRY PERIOD. The Promotion begins July 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, visit asphaltkingdom.com/win and complete the entry form. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script or bot will be disqualified. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is NOT required to enter or win.
5. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive one (1) RY10 Pro Crack Seal Melter and Applicator Machine, approximate retail value of One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Nine US Dollars ($1,899.00 USD), including standard shipping to the winner's address within the United States or Canada. Prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize where applicable.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the drawing and must respond within five (5) business days. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. CANADIAN WINNERS: SKILL TESTING QUESTION. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, before being declared a winner, they must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by Sponsor.
9. TAXES. For US winners, Sponsor may be required to report the prize value to the IRS and issue a Form 1099 where the value is $600 USD or more; winner will be required to provide a completed W-9. Canadian winners are generally not subject to Canadian income tax on prizes, but winners are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.
10. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and province or state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
11. PRIVACY. Information submitted with an entry is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.asphaltkingdom.com/our-policies.html. Entrants who separately opt in to SMS will receive messages per the SMS Terms at https://info.asphaltkingdom.com/sms-terms. SMS opt in status and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. For Canadian entrants, nothing in these rules limits rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
14. WINNER LIST. To request the winner's name, send an email to orders@asphaltkingdom.com with the subject "RY10 Pro Giveaway Winner" within sixty (60) days of the draw date.
