# October Equipment Giveaway: Official Rules

**NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN QUEBEC AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.**

**1. SPONSOR.** The October Equipment Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Asphalt Kingdom, a division of Loyalty International Limited, 575 S. Wickham Rd., Ste. F, Unit 222, Melbourne, FL 32904 (the "Sponsor"). One (1) prize will be awarded in the Promotion.

**2. ELIGIBILITY.** Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (including Pavement Depot and RynoWorx Industries), and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

**3. ENTRY PERIOD.** The Promotion begins October 2, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

**4. HOW TO ENTER.** During the Entry Period, visit info.asphaltkingdom.com/win/october-giveaway-2026 and complete the entry form. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script or bot will be disqualified. The entry form includes product research questions about sealcoating equipment. Answers to those questions are used for product research only and have no effect on your chances of winning. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is NOT required to enter or win.

**5. PRIZE.** One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner selects one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:

**(a) Option A, R4 Infrared Heater:** One (1) RynoWorx R4 Modular Mini Infrared Asphalt Heater, approximate retail value of Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine US Dollars ($4,199.00 USD). Units are supplied in blue or orange depending on stock availability.

**(b) Option B, Crack Sealing Bundle:** One (1) RynoWorx RY10 Elite Melter Applicator and one (1) RynoWorx RY30MK Pro Crack Sealer Melter Oven, combined approximate retail value of Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Eight US Dollars ($4,398.00 USD).

Only one (1) prize option will be awarded, and the winner's selection is final once made. Propane tanks and crack filler are not included with either option. The wind skirt is not included with Option A. The prize includes standard shipping to the winner's address within the United States or Canada. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize where applicable.

**6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS.** One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about November 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

**7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE SELECTION.** The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone on the day of the drawing and must respond within three (3) days of notification. The response must include the winner's selection of Option A or Option B. If the potential winner responds within the response period but does not select a prize option, Sponsor will award Option A. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, subject to the same requirements. Sponsor expects to announce the winner on or about November 6, 2026.

**8. CANADIAN WINNERS: SKILL TESTING QUESTION.** If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, before being declared a winner, they must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question administered by Sponsor.

**9. TAXES.** For a US winner, Sponsor may be required to report the value of the prize option awarded to the IRS and issue a Form 1099 where the value is $600 USD or more; the winner will be required to provide a completed W-9. A Canadian winner is generally not subject to Canadian income tax on prizes, but the winner is solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

**10. PUBLICITY.** By entering, each entrant consents that, if selected as the winner, Sponsor may publish the winner's first name and business name (if provided) in a public winner announcement on Sponsor's website, email, and social media channels. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and province or state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

**11. PRIVACY.** Information submitted with an entry is collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.asphaltkingdom.com/our-policies.html. Entrants who separately opt in to SMS will receive messages per the SMS Terms at https://info.asphaltkingdom.com/sms-terms. SMS opt in status and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

**12. SOCIAL MEDIA.** This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants release these platforms from any liability in connection with the Promotion.

**13. GENERAL CONDITIONS.** Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

**14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW.** Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. For Canadian entrants, nothing in these rules limits rights under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

**15. WINNER LIST.** To request the winner's name, send an email to orders@asphaltkingdom.com with the subject "October Equipment Giveaway Winners" within sixty (60) days of the draw date.
